There are different types of refrigerators, although the most common is the type fridge freezer, including a part of refrigerator (top) and another part of freezer (bottom). This is the most common type of refrigerator. However there are different types of refrigerator: TMF, American, French door ...

Size:
It is one of the first features to look at, usually need to embed our fridge in the kitchen so the model should be a certain height to fit. We recommend first measure the space before you start looking for models, remember to leave some centimeters for ventilation.
Tall sizes in freezer-fridge most common are: 1.7m, 1.8m, 1.9m and 2m.

Energy Rating:
The power consumption of refrigerators is classified as A + A ++ and A +++, the latter being more energy efficient. The refrigerator is one of the appliances that consume more because it is always running. Our recommendation is to buy the best energy class fridge, but the price is higher. Almost all models include freezers 4 stars (****), which means that reach -18 ° C. This score is between -6 °, -18 a star to 4 star. Our recommendation is freezer ****.

Extras:
Newer refrigerators include some new extras like Box 0 ° C, these extras are interesting but do not believe it is decisive to choose a good refrigerator. Essential technologies such as No-Frost is in almost all current models.

Noise:
The noise is measured in dB and should be indicated on the energy label, the difference between models is very small but, if we have the refrigerator wall to wall with a room or a kitchen integrated in the living room is an important aspect. The quieter models are below 40dB, and the noisiest: arrive until 47dB.
